Basilisk • Install newest update over OLD installation

My current Basilisk version installed is 2022.01.27 Looks like I am very much behind (just noticed) I have been very ill, sick for about a decade, I won't go into any details, but have been unable to get around to it until recently...What I would like to know: Is there anything special I would have to do to update to the current release? Or, Just update as normal. I ask because my current install is probably very old.
