Cross-platform music library app?

I am not on Mac, but rsync and syncthing work on macos. I use syncthing too, it works very well if you want wifi/network based sync. If you want wired connection based sync, you can use rsync commands after plugging in your phone and allowing file transfer. They are very simple and only sync the changes after the first time (so it runs fast after first run).
