Headset issues – Synapse EQ / THX / Enhancements have zero effect (Generic USB driver) ?

Hi everyone,
I’m having a strange issue with my new Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed Headset (2.4GHz dongle) on Windows 10 .
The headset works normally for audio (Youtube soundrack videos like "Flight" sound lower quality than expected - some compression in the audio )and mic, but Razer Synapse audio processing does absolutely nothing:
- EQ sliders have no effect
- THX Spatial toggle makes no audible difference
- Enhancement settings (Bass Boost, Voice Clarity, Sound Normalization) do nothing
- Even dragging all EQ bands to -12 dB doesn’t change the sound
- Synapse processing is not applied at all.
The only Razer services I have are Razer Elavation Service and Razer Game Manager Service 3 I've Uninstalled everything related to the Razer headset and Synapse multiple times and reinstalled but nothing has changed.
