[ANN] hpgsql, a pure Haskell PostgreSQL driver (no libpq)

I would love to take contributions! I did my best to have a good CI pipeline, test suite and tooling (better summarized in the repo’s Readme), so please feel free to create issues and PRs. I wrote in that thread about hpgsql’s current limitations too, mostly the lack of auth methods and TLS encryption. Thanks for pointing it out to me.
