  "textContent": "Hi everyone,\n\nI’m having a strange issue with my new **Razer BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed Headset** (2.4GHz dongle) on Windows 10 .\n\nThe headset works normally for audio (Youtube soundrack videos like \"Flight\" sound lower quality than expected - some compression in the audio )and mic, but Razer Synapse audio processing does absolutely nothing:\n\n\n\n  * EQ sliders have no effect\n  * THX Spatial toggle makes no audible difference\n  * Enhancement settings (Bass Boost, Voice Clarity, Sound Normalization) do nothing\n  * Even dragging all EQ bands to -12 dB doesn’t change the sound\n  * Synapse processing is not applied at all.\n\n\nThe only Razer services I have are Razer Elavation Service and Razer Game Manager Service 3\nI've Uninstalled everything related to the Razer headset and Synapse multiple times and reinstalled but nothing has changed.\n\n\n\n> https://imgur.com/a/833ttLf\n\n(3 images)\n_View: https://imgur.com/a/833ttLf_",
