Delhi Man Arrested in Himachal Pradesh Fatal Hit-and-Run Case

A Delhi man has been arrested in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, for allegedly killing a pedestrian in a hit-and-run incident. The accused is accused of striking the victim with his car, dragging him, and then reversing over him.
