Murder Convict Apprehended in Delhi After 24 Years on the Run

Delhi Police have arrested a murder convict who had been absconding for 24 years after jumping parole in 2002. The accused, Rakesh Patel, had changed his identity to Nandlal Verma and was living in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
