BYU has landed its first transfer big man of the offseason.
TCU center Adam Stewart has committed to the Cougars, he announced Saturday via social media.

Stewart previously committed to BYU in 2022, but he ultimately landed at TCU following his Latter-day Saint mission to France.
In two seasons with the Horned Frogs, the 6-foot-11 Stewart appeared in six games and scored four total points.
Stewart, a walk-on, will not count against BYU’s 15-man roster limit. This is because his walk-on status at TCU began prior to the NCAA’s house settlement, thus grandfathering him in to keep a “bonus” roster spot.
BYU will continue searching for a starting-caliber center either from the transfer portal or overseas.
