Travelers across Grand Junction should prepare for:

• Daytime lane closures • Overnight construction activity • Detours and reduced-speed zones • Pedestrian reroutes • Delays near major intersections and bridge corridors

City and state officials continue encouraging drivers to slow down, follow posted signs, and allow additional travel time through active work zones.

The Bottom Line

Roadwork season continues to intensify across Grand Junction heading into summer, with Patterson Road, 25 Road, Highway 340, and the I-70B corridor all seeing active construction impacts.

For residents and commuters, planning ahead and using alternate routes where possible will remain important as infrastructure upgrades continue across the city.
