Enraged mother arrested after coming home to find daughter drinking and smoking: Highland Heights Police Blotter

A caller reported hearing loud noises and glass breaking at a neighboring home in the 900-block around 1 a.m. June 6. Responding officers found the homeowner, who explained that she had come from a night out to find her daughter and her friends on the porch drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana.
