Loud-mouthed man cited for his actions in Drug Mart parking lot: Highland Heights Police Blotter

Officers responded to the Dollar Tree parking lot May 30 for a report of a man yelling at other people. They learned that he was with a woman and while leaving the store, he engaged another man in a shouting match after thinking that he had known the man.
