Business owner arrested on larceny warrant and found in violation of Highland Heights ordinance

Officers responded to an office building on Golfview Lane May 14 for a report of an employee displaying a gun in the parking lot. They located two men and learned that one was the business owner and the other, his employee who was upset about not being paid.
