Employees shut down car wash on impatient man: Richmond Heights Police Blotter

Officers responded to the Clean Express Auto Wash April 14 for a disturbance between an employee and customer. The customer was no longer there but the staff explained what had transpired. They said that the man entered the wash before being instructed and nearly struck another vehicle.
