Shoplifter drops phone and crashes car into snow when fleeing from Meijer: Richmond Heights Police Blotter

A shoplifter fled from Meijer after failing to scan $102 worth of merchandise at the self-checkout registers. In the process, she dropped her cell phone and then drove her car into a snow mound.
