OVI suspect with 6 prior convictions faces felony charge: Westlake Police Blotter

An officer stopped a car at 10 a.m. on March 21 in a parking lot on Clemens Road for a license violation. The driver of the vehicle, a 46-year-old Elyria man, had a suspended license due to prior traffic violations and driving without insurance, according to the Westlake Police Department.
