OVI suspect calls the police for help but denies he was driving: Westlake Police Blotter

A man called the police department at 8 p.m. on March 4 to report that his car was disabled on I-90 eastbound near Crocker Road. He told a dispatcher that he had been “partying” with friends, had become intoxicated, and was left high and dry after the friends fled the disabled vehicle.
