Man arrested for OVI after driving into snowbank: Rocky River Police Blotter

A caller at 5 p.m. on Feb. 7 reported a car was stuck in a snowbank on Wooster Road near Story Road with one man inside. Officers arrived to find a 73-year-old Rocky River man trying to climb out of the car.
