Wanted man carrying crystal meth arrested; underage drinker caught urinating on wall: Berea police blotter

Police arrested a wanted Cleveland man March 4 on Ohio 237. Also, a Solon man was cited March 8 after police caught him urinating on the exterior wall of Kidforce Collectables on Front Street.
