Wanted man with drug paraphernalia in backpack arrested; drunk man’s pickup truck nearly hits police cruiser: Berea police blotter

Police cited a Middleburg Heights man and a wanted Garfield Heights man April 17 after finding drug paraphernalia and possibly narcotics in their Ford Ranger. Also, an intoxicated Cleveland man was arrested April 19 after the Ford F-250 he was driving nearly hit a police cruiser.
