Richmond Heights woman not exactly truthful about theft of vehicle that was involved in shooting

A woman reported Feb. 19 that her vehicle was stolen from a parking garage at the Parkview apartments and said that it had been left unlocked with the key inside of it. A review of plate-reading cameras showed the vehicle on the back of a tow truck and officers later learned that it had been involved in a hit-skip crash in Cleveland.
