Richmond Heights woman calls police to help in altercation that results in her own arrest for drunk driving

Around 9:30 p.m. March 31, officers responded to a report of a disturbance involving a drunken woman who was driving away from the Dorchester apartments with a child in her car. The car was located and stopped and was occupied by the suspect and another woman, who was holding the suspect’s two-year-old daughter.
