Woman reports unwanted visits from yellow emojis: Richmond Heights Police Blotter

A woman reported Feb. 17 that there were several emojis inside her apartment. It was the second similar report that she had made in the past five days. Responding officers spoke to the woman, who explained that two yellow emojis had entered without permission. She said that they were coming more frequently.
