Bluesky profiles showing default profile pic in MB timeline

It wasn’t a known issue. Micro.blog caches the profile pictures for about a week, but as I’m looking into this, I don’t think that’s the issue. I think Bluesky changed the icons in the profile page HTML that Micro.blog was using. I can work around this to adapt to the new profile pictures. I’ll roll out a fix soon.
