Bluesky profiles showing default profile pic in MB timeline

Hello! I’ve noticed that some - not all - Bluesky accounts I’m following via MB show the default blue butterfly profile pic, even when they’ve got a custom profile picture configured. I can’t quite figure out what the accounts have in common where this is happening. Is this a known issue? Is there a way to reload/re-cache the profile? Thanks!
