it only takes one person being kind, to change a person's whole day and since you can never know if you are the first step in turning things around for someone, try. There are countless people that have been kind to me, and it helped in ways I didn't know I needed until it happened. So the only thing i can do is try to be that for someone else. An act of kindness can be small, almost a no effort thing for you to do. "This costs me nothing, why wouldn't I" is a great way to do acts of kindness. But the point of this long post is not to compel you It's to let you know you helped someone, you made them smile, you made them feel like "People do care!" And to all those who have shown me kindness, You made an impact, you lifted me up when I low. thank you
