@Slightly - Their are already settings to handle leaf drawtype in the mod itself, and I personally run the latest Minetest on my 2gb acer cloudbook for testing which runs just fine using the built-in Intel graphics.

The 32px leaf texture isn't the issue, it's the budget Summit 5G android device (MediaTek Dimensity 6100) and all of it's background apps that Arceusl is using to run the game.
