@Arceusl - The Maple tree works fine with Ethereal, it spawns in the deciduous forest on the dirt_with_grass blocks.

As for the willow leaves, they use the plantlike drawtype like most leaves which draw faster on older devices than nodes, but you can always change the ethereal.leaftype and ethereal.leafwalk settings if you want a change.

The saplings from each biome usually only grow in that specific biome, bonemeal can make them grow anywhere as can magical dirt.
