This is now fixed in v2.2.0, there will no longer be any issues with circular dependencies with my Toolranks fork as I've removed the need for any dependencies.
[Edit]: Also please don't use Toolranks Extras with my Toolranks fork, it is not supported and I'm aware of bugs when used with it. It will not crash your game or anything like that, but it does degrade the user experience!
I updated it now, and nothing went wrong! I consider this resolved!
