• Refactor smooth rotation.
• Tweak random turn and look at player.
• Add sounds.attack_chance value so that attack sound isn't spammed when being hit by mob (defaults to 1).

EDIT: Toolranks (Fork) is to blame! I removed it, and all the mods worked again, that specific mod should be rolled back.
