You can’t because FTP is suspended. The file manager and filestash are both front ends for the FTP server. if you want to check this yourself you can temporarily disable your account and try (I’ve just done it myself to be certain before replying) edit… this is what you get on filestash: And this is what you get in the dashboard for accessing the file manager:
