Unable to access my InfinityFree account

Hello InfinityFree Support Team,
I am unable to access my InfinityFree account because I have lost access to the OTP code required for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
Unfortunately, I can no longer generate the authentication code, and I do not have access to any backup codes. As a result, I am locked out of my account.
I would appreciate your assistance in either:
Restoring access to my account by disabling or resetting Two-Factor Authentication, after verifying my ownership of the account; or Disconnecting the domain name associated with this account so that I can connect it to another hosting provider.
I can provide any information necessary to verify that I am the legitimate owner of the account and the domain name, including account details, domain information, and any other verification you may require.
