Request for Help: Preserving Important Website Memories and Database Backup

Thank you for the clarification. I would like to confirm one thing. My website contains a large amount of media content, including images, videos, posts, and user data stored in HumHub. If I purchase Premium Hosting and use the migration service, will the migration include all website files, uploaded media, and the database so that the website is transferred completely to the new hosting account? I understand that no migration can guarantee every issue will be fixed automatically, but I would like to know whether the migration service is intended to transfer the entire website and its data.
