I have performed additional checks and would like to provide more information.

• The domain arkora.xo.je is listed as Active in InfinityFree.

• DNS resolution is working correctly and the domain resolves to 185.27.134.143.

• The website was created approximately 1.5 months ago and has been working normally until about two days ago.

• The hosting account is active.

• All WordPress files are still present, including wp-config.php , wp-admin , wp-content , wp-includes , and index.php.

The issue is that every attempt to access the website results in ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT.

I also tested direct access to static files (such as readme.html), and they return the same timeout error. Because of this, the problem does not appear to be related to WordPress itself.

Could you please verify whether there is any issue with the server or with the IP assignment for arkora.xo.je (185.27.134.143)?

This website is part of an academic project that will be presented next week, and all printed QR codes point to this address, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
