My other hosting account Ticket #973978: Please reactivate my account if0_41449964 has been suspended for abuse.

I completely understand the situation, but my important website files and database are hosted on that account. Could you please temporarily reactivate my access to the File Manager and MySQL Databases for that account Ticket #973978:account if0_41449964(i so I can download a full backup of my data?
