Your account is suspended for abuse

Hello Support Team,

My other hosting account if0_41412370 (shivparcel.kesug.com) has been suspended for abuse.

I completely understand the situation, but my important website files and database are hosted on that account. Could you please temporarily reactivate my access to the File Manager and MySQL Databases for that account (if0_41412370) so I can download a full backup of my data?
