That message is only relevent to viewing your site. Not to FTP. ok, lets make sure that FTP has been fully activated on your account. In your dashboard on the left you’ll see an option that says “Control Pannel” like this: click that and try connecting with filezilla again. If that works, then you shouldn’t need to do that in the future
