FTP login problem with new site

I have a big problem with login to FTP server with Filezilla Client. When I trying to do it, Filezilla give me this response:

My site was created yesterday - could you tell me what is the problem or what I’m doing wrong? Of course I used right hostname/server, username and password - all copied from my account on infinity Free.
