We had some issues with Softauculous yesterday, but that should be all resolved by now. As for the theme upload issues, my best guess is that the theme is too big and that’s causing problems. The Upload & Extract feature of the file manager should let you upload the whole thing without issues. If that doesn’t work, then the most reliable way to upload a theme is to extract the theme archive on your own computer and upload the extracted folder using a desktop FTP client like FileZilla. If you’re having an issue with your website now, it would help a lot if you could share what website that is exactly.
