Wordpress problem / script installer

Hi, so I had multiple problems and still do.

Initially it started that domain wasn’t cached, but I had to use VPN to solve it. After that the scrip installer was down and when I manually installed WordPress, I end up with a problem of login in which didn’t let me go through even if all credentials were correct.

Today script installer is working normally, so I installed WP through it, but next problem that I am facing is to upload the theme. If i upload it through scriptinstaller view, nothing happens, if I do it in WP, it loads forever. If I upload it manually to file manager, at end of the upload I get some error of some files Failed upload.

now again trying to open scriptinstaller i get this error Internal Server Error
