Can't install Wordpress / Softaculous not available on a new domain

Other Information

I had initially created a domain, installed Wordpress, messed up, and removed the old domain to start over. I’m not sure if I broke something in the process.

On my main Account page there is an error banner: “Softaculous is temporarily not available. This could be because your account is not active or because you have reached the inode limit. If this issue persists, please contact us on the Community Forum.”

My inode usage is currently 0.

I am able to access the Control Panel, but when I try to access “Softaculous Apps Installer” I get an error “Something went wrong, please allow 20 minutes then retry”. This message persists even after waiting.
