New site uploaded - some problems I have

Problem 1: When I tried to link to a subpage from there it takes me to 404. The link had to be changed from what it was before, so I reuploaded the page. But the link remained as it was. Using edit in files manager I finally managed to change it, but still points to 404. Is there some delay when we reupload/modify a page or what ?

Problem 2: The text is supposed to be in Greek but I see hieroglyphics.
