New site uploaded - some problems I have

Ok thanks. Looks like it is the caching. Now for encoding the page says Greek (Windows). There is also the option Greek (ISO). (*) Greek in Greek is "Ελληνικά) What do I choose ? I may have one or two more questions but it’s the Greek now I 'm looking for. This website is in English but a section is in Greek.
