Your options vary depending on the nature of the suspension. You can determin this by looking at the banner in your dashboard that looks like this: If you’ve received a temporary (24 hour) suspension for hitting fair use limits (like CPU or Hits limits) then all you can do is wait out the suspension. There is nothing anyone here can do to help. If you’ve been given a permeant suspension for breaking the terms and conditions (such as hosting illegal or adult content) then the banner will give you the option to contact support and raise a ticket to request reactivation or a backup. Be advised, in cases of serious abuse IFastNet (who provide the underlying infrastructure InfinityFree run’s on) may choose not to respond to your ticket.
