If you remember your hosting account username if0_xxx and password (it’s different from your client area password, same as your ftp password) you can login to the control panel and manage your site from there.

This is correct, but I would only recommend it as a temporary measure; to back up your site and publish it on a new account that you have control of. Reason being is that if your site is permanently suspended for any reason (including a false positive) you won’t be able to send a ticket to get it back.
