The email registered in your system is: infosurajkhatri.com.np@gmail.com However, this is not a separate Gmail account. Important clarification: Gmail ignores dots (.) in email usernames. Therefore, the following emails are technically the same Gmail inbox: * infosurajkhatri.com.np@gmail.com * info.surajkhatri.com.np@gmail.com I have full access to the Gmail inbox where all emails sent to the above address are received. The issue is occurring because: * Gmail treats these as the same email * Your system treats them as different strings Due to this limitation, I am unable to confirm or unlink the account using the exact typed version, even though I am the rightful owner of both the domain and the receiving email inbox.
