i meant mods what you download from contentdb and such, not mods as moderators. downloadable mods could implement the functionality you want, i wonder if there are similar mods already available for similar functionality.

edit:i found two mods with at least one functionality you want, someone who can code may be able to work a shadow-ban mod out of these i think invisible by AiTechEye makes player or nametag become invisible when sneaking. shadowmute by wsor4035 makes admins able to shadow mute players
