so chats and avatar can be shadowbanned.

when players themselves can shadowban other players unto their own avatar only, it allows a more diverse group to use a server and work together potentially.

Like lets use reddit as an example. blocking users is awesome because if you block enough users in a subreddit (reddit is trashy in not all subreddits but far too many) you start to get more quality posts filtered out. Even our computers block like this. We don't say, "take youtube ads off the internet" we just block the youtube ad and allow them the most freedom their own self.
