if is better the new gltf archive type what i have read in some parts or if is the same?

gltf should be as good as b3d, and built into Blender unlike b3d. However, you do need some settings, so it's approximately equally hard to export in my opinion. At least I never get the bug with gltf where ngons just become invisible on export.

Because of work on gltf, a bug in models was fixed, but this is fixed for b3d models as well.
