This is how I have mine. I'm not using blinky because I just punch to fill 5 at once, but I could. Do you have fuel going to a fuel slot etc? The default furnace is directional, so I have fuel coming in from the bottom and the cookables from the back. The teleport tube to the left feeds one at the back of the first furnace which is then piped to all 5. The teleport tube on top of the to cook is coming from my grinder elsewhere.
