U.S. Supreme Court lets state court ruling stand on Maryland gun seizure law

The U.S. Supreme Court let stand a Maryland Supreme Court ruling that said the state can ban gun possession by people sentenced to two years or more in prison, whether or not the crime they committed was a felony or crime of violence.
